The Policy of AEC, is to provide a safe place of work for all of its employees by taking such reasonable steps as are necessary to eliminate hazards to health, potential causes of foreseeable accidents and protection of the environment.
To this end a policy of participation will be pursued on matters related to health and safety at work, the aim being to create a continually improving awareness of the obligations that all Company employees have in achieving a reduction in the incidence of potential hazards to health and the environment.

QUALITY POLICY
The policy of AEC through its divisions to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. The Quality Management system has been developed to provide mandatory plan for controlling all company activities relating to product and service quality and ultimate customer satisfaction. Executive Management shall provide adequate resources and suitable working environment with necessary infrastructure capable of achieving specified requirements. The nature of the activities of the company places particular emphasis on the quality of its workforce, maintenance of equipments and the selection of products. The criteria for recruitment and training of personnel are based on competence, experience, performance and relevant qualifications. The quality of our staff is the quality of our company, so we aim to implement the highest possible training.
This quality policy is a statement of internal discipline and an external assurance of our intention to consistently provide products and services that satisfy our customer’s needs and expectations. Additionally AEC recognize the importance of meeting all relevant Legal, Statutory or Regulatory requirements related to our products and services.
Periodic Management review shall be carried out to ensure the continued effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Through the Management review process, the continuing suitability, effectiveness and performance of our quality management system shall be determined and evaluate the need for changes where appropriate, based on measurement analysis and improvement.
The quality management system shall be reviewed on a regular basis by management to ensure its continued effectiveness. It is because of this tremendous work ethic and high quality standards we have a strong customer base so far.

All managers, supervisors and employees will be involved in the implementation of safety, health and environment protecting procedures. It is the responsibility of all Company employees to make themselves aware of the HSE requirements, and act accordingly to it.
QUALITY & SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Therefore the Management will:
Provide and maintain a safe healthy workplace.
Provide sufficient training to enable employee to perform their work safely and efficiently. Furthermore, additional special training will be given where appropriate Provide safety devices and protective equipment and clothing and supervise their use. Provide a system of joint consultation to promote safe working practices and system of work. The highest management of AEC is fully committed to the Quality Management System to the principle of providing product and services of consistently high quality in safe manner to the complete satisfaction of its clients.
This standard contains electrical safety requirements necessary for safeguarding electrical construction and maintenance personnel and mandates that employers provide safety-related work practices and train the employees who implement them Maintain a continuing interest in health, safety and welfare matters applicable to the Company’s activities and operations. Promote within the Company a sense of concern for the environment. To be alert at all times with regard to the potential of creating environmental damage by the operations and by the employees' or sub-contractors' activities. Furthermore, employees have a duty to cooperate in the aforementioned by Working safely and efficiently and by using the protective equipment and clothing as provided. HSE PLAN
- AEC management is committed to making continuous efforts to improve Environmental, Health and Safety performances, to minimize risks related to its operations and to protect the environment.
- Our systematically work creates a safe and conducive work environment.
- It is the responsibility of the management team for the Safety and Loss Prevention in the project areas.
- Monthly HSE meetings encourage the working members of AEC and subcontract for the HSE awareness while doing the job.
- Health, Safety and Environmental Protection is the integral part of any job and as such, as important as any other business activity.
- Use the correct tools and equipment for the job.
- Keep tools in good condition.
- Use proper personal safety equipment provided at all times.
- Ensure that new employees are properly instructed in precautions to be taken before they are allowed to start work.
- Ensure the job is carried out with minimum risk of injury or damage to personnel and achieve a target of zero accidents.
- Supervisors are required to do pre-task brief to all workers under them on job-specific requirements and nature of the job safety hazards, etc.
